Product

Add products in your claim one by one, and ensure that the information provided is clear and concise.

You’ll find your product’s article number, a 5-digit number, in your order confirmation or on the product’s page on Hem.com

Images

For your case to be handled as efficiently as possible, please attach the following images to your claim:

  • At least one overview image of the affected item(s)
  • At least one detail image of the issue(s)
  • One image of product serial number or box datestamp
  • If applicable, images of damaged packaging
