Architects from Vinterark and IARK were given a task by their client: to brighten up a dark and cold walk-through reception area and create a cozy, welcoming bar and reception, featuring a new cafe that would provide freshly brewed coffee and freshly baked snacks.

The area is also used as an extension of the existing communal dining area, where staff members can bring their lunch and enjoy it in the comfort of the newly installed lounge and dining furniture.
The area will also be used as a place for hosting events for the tenants of the building.
