I was a a little worried when the box arrived as it was a completely square box. However, upon opening it, I found that the pouf was in fact circular. It was simply enclosed within a square box.

The chair is very sturdy, well-made, and absolutely gorgeous! It's a definite statement piece. The only minor concern I had was with the shipping cost, given the price of the chair, and also with the packaging, which had unfortunately been partially opened upon arrival and wasn't as securely packed as I would have expected. The delivery person left it outside in the rain without requiring a signature, which was a tad disappointing. It seems from previous reviews that shipping was also an issue. Nevertheless, the chair is a great addition to our space, and we are very pleased with it!

Verified buyerAwesome design, magic customer support, but a non-reliable delivery service
Delivery was not great. 1) Delivery is expensive, so I had high hopes 2) I couldn't schedule my delivery, GEFCO is hardly reachable, it was stressful 3) Once the pouf arrived, I had to move it into my 3rd floor apartment myself That being said, the customer support is AWESOME. Necva was adorable with me, no ping pong, she provides me with the maximum insights and w/o me asking for it, she refund me for the delivery fee. It's what I call a 5-star customer support! Regarding the pouf, I was little bit afraid of buying it w/o testing it (I live in Paris and there is no showroom), but I am not disappointed. It's the masterpiece of my apartment. It's so comfortable, the quality is insane, the color is unique. I truly love it
